Classes Canceled or Rescheduled by CPR Ready
If a class is canceled or rescheduled by CPR Ready, a full refund of any fees paid will be issued to the original form of payment. Any course materials purchased directly from CPR Ready may be returned for a full refund if they are in new, resalable condition.
Student Cancellation with Advance Notice
Students may cancel for a full refund if notice is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled class start date and time.
Cancellation requests may be submitted by email to registration@cprreadyla.com or by phone at 888-770-2776. The time the request is received will determine eligibility.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund but will receive a credit toward a future class.
Deposits for private classes are non-refundable. If a private class is canceled, the deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future training, subject to the expiration policy below.
Hybrid / Online Classes
Hybrid classes (including ACLS, BLS, and PALS) consist of an online portion and an in-person skills session. All digital materials, access codes, and online course components are non-refundable once issued or accessed.
If a student cancels within 48 hours of a scheduled in-person session, any refund issued will exclude the cost of the online portion of the course.
Failure to Attend (No-Show Policy)
Registration fees are non-refundable if a student fails to attend a scheduled class without providing the required notice. CPR Ready may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit toward a future class.
Expiration of Credits
Credits issued for future classes expire one (1) year from the date of issue, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Credits may be applied toward classes of equal or lesser value. Any price difference must be paid at the time of booking.
