By registering for any class with CPR Ready, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Registration and Payment
Full payment is required to reserve a seat in any scheduled class unless otherwise stated. Enrollment is not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed.
Attendance and Certification Requirements
Students must arrive on time, participate fully, and successfully complete all required skills and/or written components. CPR Ready reserves the right to deny certification to any student who does not meet course requirements in accordance with applicable training standards, including guidelines set by the American Heart Association where applicable.
Course Materials
Course materials purchased directly from CPR Ready may be returned for a full refund if they are in new, unused, and resalable condition.
Assumption of Risk
Students understand that CPR and first aid training involves physical activity, including kneeling, lifting, and performing skills on training equipment. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under California law, CPR Ready shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any course. Participation is voluntary and at the student’s own risk.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By registering for a class, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that CPR Ready’s policies govern all transactions. You agree to contact CPR Ready directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Failure to do so may result in the denial of future services

All refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.”
